Soziale Isolation betrifft uns aktuell beinahe alle, manche von uns sind damit vertrauter als andere. Dem einen mag es leicht fallen, für den anderen ist es das vielleicht größte Problem zur Zeit.
Tatsache ist, dass die meisten Unternehmen auf Face-To-Face Kommunikation ausgelegt sind und ( obwohl Telework vielleicht sogar gang und gäbe ist) mit der aktuellen Situation kommunikationstechnisch überfordert sind.
Wie kann man dieses Problem behandeln? Hier ein paar Vorschläge von uns.
Get Slackin'
Für die, die es noch nicht verwenden, gibt es keinen besseren Zeitpunkt, um mit Instant Messaging Diensten zu starten, als jetzt. E-Mails innerhalb eines Unternehmens sind ein Relikt aus früheren Zeiten. Wer Distanz und Hierarchie üben möchte, findet sie vermutlich sogar noch interessant, jedoch tendieren immer mehr Unternehmen zu Instant Messaging Diensten wie Slack und Microsoft Teams, und das aus gutem Grund. Schnell zu Entscheidungen zu kommen und das gesamte Team in Diskussionen einbinden zu können, wird immer wichtiger. Vor allem in unserer jetzigen Lage, die sich täglich und teilweise sogar stündlich verändert, sind Flexibilität und kurze Reaktionszeiten von größter Notwendigkeit.
Let's Hangout
Ich erzähl vermutlich niemandem etwas Neues, wenn ich von Hangouts, Zoom, Skype und co. anfange zu reden. Videochats zu verwenden, um der sozialen Isolation entgegenzuwirken klingt doch brilliant, solange man sie richtig verwendet. Der terminisierte Anruf um Information von "oben" weiterzugeben oder projektkritische Details zu besprechen ist definitiv wichtig, jedoch hilft das auf persönlicher Ebene nur wenig bis garnicht. Chit-Chat
Jeder Slack-Workspace kommt standardmäßig mit einem "Random"-Channel. Zum Glück. Denn gerade bei Remote-Teams ist es allzu einfach, sich emotional vom Rest des Teams zu distanzieren. Ein Raum für Scherze, lustige Videos, Verabredungen und allem fern ab von der eigentlichen Arbeit ist genauso wichtig, wie ein Korb voll mit frischem Obst im Büro.
Offene Videocalls, Online-Verabredungen oder einfach nur gemeinsam ein Video schauen
Routinierter Ablauf
Ein Videocall mit dem gesamten Team um 8 Uhr morgens, gefolgt von projektinternen Stand-Ups helfen, einen gelungen Start in den Tag zu finden. Über den Tag verteilt empfiehlt es sich noch ein bis zwei weitere Fix-Termine für projektinterne Besprechungen festzulegen. Alles weitere geschieht spontan und asynchron, zum Glück lassen das Tools wie Slack und co. einfach zu.
Projekte & Wissensstand
Zu guter letzt, fehlen mir hier nur noch zwei Dinge: das Whiteboard und die Pinnwand. Also ein internes Planungs-Tool und Knowledge-Board. Zum Glück ist auch hier die Auswahl gigantisch und für jeden das Richtige dabei. Trello, GitLab und Jira können die Projektplanung auch von zu Hause aus erleichtern und Notion wird schnell zur umfassenden Knowledge-Base für das gesamte Unternehmen.
Alles kommt zusammen
Was wir aktuell verwenden, und ich nur wärmstens empfehlen kann, um das Homeoffice so unkompliziert wie möglich zu gestalten:
Slack (Für jegliche interne Kommunikation)
Hangouts/Zoom (Für Videocalls, Teammeetings und Kundengespräche)
Jira (Fürs Projektmanagement)
Notion (Als interne Knowledge-Base)
Jedes dieser Tools erlaubt mit Gästen zu kollaborieren, daher können wir auch in der Kommunikation und im Projektmanagement mit unseren Kunden darauf zurückgreifen.
Da es die aktuelle Situation erfordert, haben wir als Gesellschaft die Chance Remote-Teams neu zu denken. Welche Schritte unternehmt ihr, um gemeinsam produktiv zu bleiben und die nächsten Monate durchzustehen?

Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
